I am decidedly a fan of dystopian and futuristic books and I've noticed I really like those books that look at the future of medicine. So here's a list today of some medical dystopian literature - those books with some kind of uniquely medical spin on the future, whether it's advanced procedures or a method of control, a deadly illness or a "cure" of some kind.
