Checking out rock piles
Hiking steep mountains
Keeping rocks from falling
Generally enjoying the view
Oh, and hanging out on bridges
What did you do this weekend?
If you buy through my Amazon linkage, I will get a very small percentage
Arches National Park?? Beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteActually, it was Sedona, AZ. Arches is beautiful too, though. Thanks!
DeleteThat looks beautiful!! I want to go on an adventure now.
ReplyDeleteMe too! And I just got back :)
DeleteI did yard work. It was not fun.
ReplyDeleteI probably should have done yard work. It's getting a bit scary outside. :) Hopefully you'll have more time for fun and reading this weekend!
DeleteAfter seeing these pictures, I told my husband we needed to plan a little trip. :) Beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteHope you get to go somewhere fun soon!
DeleteLooks absolutely beautiful and a lot of fun. I'm glad you had a good time! Where is that? Southern Utah? Or somewhere in Arizona?
ReplyDeleteIt is Sedona, AZ. It looks a lot like Southern Utah, though, which is one reason I love to go there! Red rock gets me every time :)
DeleteSedona is SO pretty. We spent a weekend there around Christmastime and it was perfect with cool weather and beautiful Fall colors. I'm glad you got to enjoy some time away!
ReplyDeleteI'm really impressed with it, though it got a little too busy on Saturday. I'd like to visit in the fall!
DeleteHey! I just noticed you're sitting on a natural bridge -- they don't let you do that at Arches!!
ReplyDeleteI've heard there's some beautiful slot canyons in Arizona too. Silly me, imagining it's all barren wasteland with a few cities run by giant air conditioners ...
The northern areas are definitely filled with beautiful places, but where we live it's pretty much the A/C wasteland :)
DeleteThat top one looked a little like Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. Looks like a gret weekend.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Garden of the Gods, but heard great things about it! Someday...
DeleteI'm not way into hiking but this looks fun! Way to go taking pics too. I always forget. :(
ReplyDeleteAnd see, I take WAY too many photos. It's a joke for my husband to look back and find me taking random photos while we hike.
